ABOUT YOUR CONSULT WITH DR. Menard
What Other Patients Found Worked Well For Their Consultations
First Consultation (Complimentary): 1st Visit
Your initial 15 minute talking consultation is complimentary. At this visit, Dr. Menard will listen to your concerns and discuss with you whether he feels you are a good candidate for any of the advanced treatments he can offer.
In order for Dr. Menard to help you the most, fill out the enclosed application and medical information as soon as possible and bring it to your appointment. Because of the limited time for consultations, both of these must be completed before your appointment; otherwise you may need to be rescheduled. You can mail or fax (450-263-5149) your completed information to us as well. Also, our appointment times do fill up very quickly so please remember to bring your calendar with you. That way we can reserve time for you at an early convenience.
Complete Dental Physical Visit: 2nd Visit
If Dr. Menard feels you can benefit from his special methods of care; more diagnostic information will be needed to develop your options. This takes place at a second visit (around 60 minutes in length) where things such as fresh x-rays, photos, models of the mouth, computer tests, exams of the teeth, bone, and gums, etc. will be gathered. Your fee for this Complete Dental Physical visit is $432 and is due in full when your physical appointment is scheduled. (Any dental insurance claims will be billed on your behalf for your reimbursement.) After Dr. Menard has all this information, he’ll look it over carefully and come up with the best options for your situation. In about a week, you and your spouse (or significant other) will meet again with him so you can see and hear your options along with the costs involved. You’ll discuss which one you feel works best for you and after you pick the option you want you can get started. A check of your credit history may be run to determine in-office financing options available to you.
If you know that you want to move forward with fixing your problems and save time and travel, you can schedule your Complete Dental Physical visit immediately instead of coming for the 15 minute consultation. Second Consultation (To Discuss Your Options): 3rd Visit
About a week after your Complete Dental Physical appointment, Dr. Menard will be ready to discuss the options that will work best for your situation along with the time and cost involved. At this visit, it is required that you are accompanied by a spouse (or significant other, boyfriend, girlfriend, basically anyone financially involved with the cost of your care, or anyone needed for moral support) so you can both see and hear what your options are along with costs. [Why? Because this discussion needs to be heard by everyone involved since it tremendously affects those that are closest to you.] After discussing which option you feel works best for you, then you can get started.
